This bacinet is bohurt-oriented stylization of historical medieval helmets. Such bacinets were used by knights and warriors during XIV-XV centuries at wars and tournaments. Structure of this helm makes them ergonomic and robust. Shape haven't nothing excess. The helmet is combined with other medieval armor or fantasy armor . It is perfect for SCA LARP and medieval reenactment . Visor can be safe locked in closed position. Thick padding with pelerine extinguishes punches into the head and give you additional protection of neck and shoulders. This helm is full corresponds to the rules of SCA and most of other federations . Usually, made of 14 ga steel, mild, stainless or spring. Spring steel can be hardened for extra strength. The aventail is not inclused , but the helmet can be equiped by aventail, made of stainless or mild chainmail for an additional price . The final surface can be satin, mirror polish or blackened (not for stainless) .
