- SIZING: Measure around your lower bicep in inches. The lower bicep should be measured 3” up from the middle of your elbow joint. Make sure your arm is relaxed and at your side. (S: 7-8) (M: 8-10) (L: 10-12) (XL: 13-16) (XXL: 16-18) (3XL: 18-20) If in doubt or in between sizes, go with the larger size.
