The back of the seat bottom and backrest is made from rugged 600 denier fabric giving the kayak seat rigidly and durability. In contrast to that the face, or what the paddler feels on the skin, has a durable, soft, flexible lira like feel to the fabric. These durable outside ''SKINS'' as we call them, encapsulate the cross linked closed cell foam structure that makes the seat supportive.
