How to set up the bike trainer:
1. Find a nice flat level ground
2. Put your rear wheel on the bike trainer and line up the quick release
3. Tighten the pincers on each side till the back wheel is at the middle of the resistant roller; make sure the pincers does not have any lines in the way
4. Tighten the resister roller until firm contact is made with the back tire
5. Mount the front wheel onto the front wheel stand pad for a more level ride as the trainer will slightly elevate the back wheel.

NOTE:
-Make sure there are no pets or young children nearby that may get something trapped
-If indoors please make sure to keep hydrated and if possible use a fan to substitute airflow
