The Lucky Craft Pointer 100 is a suspending jerkbait mimics the action and appearance of a dying shad. The Pointer 100, from Lucky Craft Lures, was designed with a very low center of gravity through the use of special brass weights. The low center of balance causes the lure to wobble and vibrate whenever the retrieving motion is paused. Retrieving the pointer 100 isn't an exact science, however, most anglers use some variation of the twitch, twitch pause cadence with the pause duration as short as just a few second or as long as 30 seconds. Once the lure is paused, it will remain suspended at its current depth daring the bass to strike - that's where the wobbling action comes into play as the natural water movement gives the bait a little shimmy to it. Anglers can expect the Pointer 100 to dive roughly 4-5 feet without any further modification. The Lucky Craft Pointer 100 is 4" in length, weighs 5/8oz and is designed to suspend at around 5 feet of depth.
